Description
We supply flavours for baked goods that include cakes, sweet pastries, muffins, biscuits, crackers and cookies.
There are two types of flavourings used in bakery products. The internal flavouring, which can be either liquid or in encapsulated powder form. These flavours need to be heat stable for surviving the exposure to a high temperature for a longer period. The second type of flavours used in filling and icing does not need to go through heat processing. These flavours can be any regular flavours, which can be either oil or water-soluble depending on the application.
